Returns Refunds Exchanges & Cancellations
At CherieLuxe, we take immense pride in the premium quality and craftsmanship of our imitation jewelry. To maintain our strict hygiene standards and ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched piece, we operate on a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy.
Please read our complete policy below before placing an order.
General Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of imitation jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process cash or bank refunds, or offer exchanges for situations where a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We meticulously inspect and securely pack every piece before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your jewelry is severely damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a prompt replacement for the exact same piece.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must strictly adhere to our Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule.
The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
We will only entertain claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items if you provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video.
Video Requirements:
- The video must show the sealed courier bag from all angles before you begin opening it.
- The video must clearly show the original shipping label.
- The video must be continuous and uncut—from the moment you cut the courier bag open, to pulling out the CherieLuxe box, and inspecting the jewelry inside.
- If the piece is damaged, the damage must be clearly shown in this single, continuous video.
Note: Claims made with photographs only, or with videos that are edited, paused, or started after the package is already opened, will not be accepted.
How to Request a Replacement
If your unboxing video shows the item arrived damaged or incorrect, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send a message to our WhatsApp support at +91 7871358578 or email us at aishwarya@cherieluxe.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share Proof: Include your Order Number and attach your uncut unboxing video.
- Keep Original Packaging: Do not remove any tags. The item must be repacked in its original CherieLuxe packaging.
- Pickup & Replacement: Once your video is verified and approved, our courier partner (Delhivery) will pick up the package within 3-5 business days at no extra cost to you. Once the damaged piece is received at our warehouse, we will dispatch your replacement.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

- Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it can no longer be canceled.
International Orders
Please note that at this time, we do not accept return or exchange requests for international orders outside of India.
