We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
2. Products & Accuracy of Information
We specialize in premium imitation and fashion jewelry. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, stones, and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Billing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, the price mentioned in your final invoice is the final binding price, inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or cancel orders in the event of unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping and delivery are handled by our trusted courier partner, Delhivery. Standard delivery timelines within India are 3-5 business days. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. CherieLuxe is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the courier service or natural disruptions.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Returns & Exchanges: We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
- Refunds: We do not offer cash or bank refunds. All approved returns will be refunded entirely in the form of CherieLuxe Store Credit, valid for future purchases. Shipping amounts are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and intact tags for a replacement to be authorized.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CherieLuxe and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
